My wife and I had built up a fairly decent savings and investment portfolio and as we would both like to retire early, we thought it would make sense to look for a financial planner/adviser to help us achieve this and maybe streamline our investments and savings. Anil was very clear in that he wanted to understand our goals before anything else which was brilliant.
Once we had discussed them he then looked at our portfolio in detail and suggested ways to improve our savings and also save us money in terms of more tax efficient products. We went through a number of early meetings to collate all the information and now we meet up once/twice a year and go through how things are performing.
Anil has provided a huge level of comfort with regard to our future financial plans and we are very pleased with our tailored plan.

Anil helped me by first understanding what my financial objectives were when looking at retirement planning. More specifically than wanting a secure financial retirement future, but making sure he understood how my behaviours with money could set a clear planning path to my desired financial future. This was my first time seeking financial planning advice and brand new to investing so he tailored his communications and discussion with me at a level I understood, was patient, sometimes having to explain things in a few different ways and was very clear managing my expectations and addressing any worries or concerns I expressed.
